SHIPPING:
Orders are sent by transport agency or post office 48/72 hours, the usual delivery time is between 24 and 72 hours (Spain Peninsula), depending on the system chosen by the client, if for any reason the delivery time is longer we will notify you by e-mail.
Shipping costs are free for orders with an amount greater than €50 for shipments in the Spanish peninsula and by a non-urgent system,

WARRANTY:
All products are guaranteed against any manufacturing defect for the period determined in each case on the warranty card, in accordance with those indicated by the manufacturer. The final transistors of the transmitter equipment and the power lamps of the RF amplifiers and the KITS once assembled are expressly excluded from the guarantee.
the batteries will have a maximum guarantee of 6 months as they do not constitute goods of a lasting nature.
This warranty will be void due to improper use, alteration of the characteristics of the product or manipulation by personnel not authorized by Astro Radio. Transportation to and from our laboratory is the responsibility of the user. The guarantee covers the repair or change of the product, but not the transportation. (If the equipment fails during the first 10 days, the transportation will be at our expense, provided that the shipment is made through the system that we indicate). Postage due shipments will not be accepted.
RETURNS AND CHANGES:
To make any change, the customer has a period of 14 days, from receipt of the order, to return the product with the invoice and its original packaging and in perfect condition, the costs being borne by the customer. Returns will not be accepted after 14 days. Returns of software products that are unsealed, of products presented in blister whose opening means the destruction of their original presentation, of KITS once assembled and of books will not be accepted in any case. If the return material is returned in poor condition or incomplete, AstroRadio reserves the right to make a reduction or not accept said product.
