⚠ It is not necessary to create an account to place an order The user account (registration) is created automatically when placing the first order, having an account makes it easier for you not to enter your data in subsequent orders and also accumulates discount points. There is no option to create an account without placing an order.

Prices include VAT?

All the prices indicated are VAT included , when carrying out the purchase process the base price and the corresponding VAT are broken down.

I am in the Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla. Am I exempt from VAT?

Sales to CEUTA, MELILLA and CANARY ISLANDS. are exempt from VAT. Local taxes and/or customs charges are always the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the price. Shipping costs to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla include the processing of the export SAD (14.00 €). Local taxes and/or import charges to be paid by the customer upon receipt of the order. Can you pay cash on delivery (COD)?

YES, only Spain and Portugal (except Ceuta, Melilla and Canary Islands) This system increases the price by 3.5% on the total amount, with a minimum of 4.8 euros.

Credit card payments

Payment is made by credit or debit card through BBVA’s on-line payment platform. It is completely safe and is subject to all protection regulations. The SSL encryption system that we use provides total security to the transmission of data through the network. Your data enjoys total confidentiality and protection. For your greater security, the screen where you enter your card details comes from the BBVA bank, which will directly receive these details. This information will not be received by Astroradio SL. For this reason, the charge on your card will be made at the time you place the order. In the event that any of the items in your order is out of stock or has any incident at the time of shipment, we will refund the corresponding amount on your credit card as soon as possible.

I try to pay by credit card but the operation is always denied

Your card must have the Verified by Visa or MasterCard SecureCode system activated. If your payment is always denied, please contact your bank.

Are the delivery charges included in the price?

NO , These are calculated based on the weight and destination on the order form. In orders with a total amount equal to or greater than €50 , shipping costs through a non-urgent standard service are free (only Spain). (Items with one of their dimensions exceeding 1 meter may not be included in this offer) The shipping cost is from 5 € for small packages to Spain Peninsula.

Is it necessary to send proof of payment by transfer by email?

No , the shipment will be made when the amount is deposited in our account, it is very important to indicate the REFERENCE number that the system will give you when placing the order when making the transfer.

What guarantee does the products have?

The warranty is for 3 years (2 years for items sold before 1/1/2022)
subject to the conditions stipulated by law. The final transistors of the transmitter equipment and the power lamps of the RF amplifiers and KITS are expressly excluded from the warranty. The batteries will have a maximum warranty of 6 months as they are consumable goods. This warranty will be voided by improper use, alteration of the product characteristics or manipulation by personnel not authorized by Astro Radio. Transportation to and from our laboratory is at the user’s expense. The warranty covers the repair or replacement of the product, but not the transport (if the equipment fails during the first 10 days, the transport will be at our expense, provided that the shipment is made through the system that we indicate), we will not accept freight collect shipments.

I need a receipt

All shipments include the corresponding receipt (ticket) of purchase, if you need an Invoice for tax purposes, you must request it in the purchase form.

returns

To make any change, the customer has a period of 14 days, from receipt of the order, to return the product with the invoice and its original packaging and in perfect condition, shipping costs to be paid by the customer Returns will not be accepted after 14 days. Returns of software products that are unsealed, of products presented in blister whose opening means the destruction of their original presentation, of KITS once assembled and of books will not be accepted in any case. If the return material is returned in poor condition or incomplete, AstroRadio reserves the right to make a reduction or not accept said product. You must send the product freight prepaid along with a photocopy of the invoice or receipt (ticket) of purchase. Warranty repairs

Before sending a product for repair under Warranty, you must contact us, shipments that have not been previously authorized will not be accepted.
